We’re really excited to have been appointed by a private client in Chestfield to work on this fabulous project, comprising of the demolition of an existing residential dwelling to be replaced with the construction of a stunning new detached house.
Having created the architectural technical drawings for the build, Martello will undertake the roles of Contract Administrator, Quantity Surveyor and CDM Principal Designer.
The extensive dwelling will provide luxury living over three floors including eight bedrooms, a spacious open-plan living and dining area, a large drawing room and games room, an office, gym and garage parking for five cars.
The new property will be set in large gardens, and it was important that the living spaces integrated with the outdoors and provided lots of natural light, this will be achieved with the expansive use of glazing at the rear of the house and a stunning mezzanine level to the first floor.
DDS Demolition have recently been appointed as the demolition and site clearance contractor, and we hope to be commencing on site in the very near future.
