Work is progressing really well on the development of new affordable housing units for our client, Folkestone & Hythe District Council in Shepway Close, Folkestone. The development consists of five houses each with allocated parking and a 3-storey apartment block consisting of nine apartments each with allocated parking.
Martello Building Consultancy were very pleased to be appointed as Employer’s Agent for the project, working with the Principal Contractor Dwyer Engineering Services Limited.
The project that is scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2023 is currently at the groundworks stage, with the next phase of brickwork scheduled to commence later this month.
