This is a super new project that we have recently started work on site in Cliff Road, Hythe, Kent. The one-off, bespoke residential build is a stunning design by architect Guy Holloway with technical drawings by Blue Print Projects .
Martello Building Consultancy have been appointed to provide Contract Administrator, Quantity Surveyor, CDM Principal Designer and Quality Site Inspection services for the project under construction by the Principal Contractor – Breem Construction
The modern 3-storey, four bedroom eco-home is inspired by the modernist movement of the 1920s/30s and will also have a balcony, swimming pool, wine store, space for three cars and a one-bedroom annex above the garage. It will also boast stunning views over the sea and sit next to the Sene Valley Golf Course.
The clever design also incorporates a range of sustainable energy-efficient measures, including solar panels that have been recessed into the roof and will create a dwelling more energy efficient than the one it is replacing.
As you can see from our site visit image taken last week, the project is currently at the foundation stage, and you can clearly see the scale of the construction.
